HOG WILD uses only high-quality cuts of meat and the freshest ingredients available to create world-class cuisine. Our meats are cooked long and slow over indirect heat using a combination of hickory wood and charcoal. Each pork shoulder is pulled by hand right before being served, true to Memphis tradition.
